Preneur Lab has collaborated with LICT Bangladesh on a fantastic initiative called “BD IT Connect.” The Preneur Lab team had to create several portals based on the criteria for this project, and chatbot implementation was one of the project’s vital components. Preneur Lab had to create chatbots with Dost.AI for each of the portals for the project, with certain features shared across them and some characteristics specific to each portal’s chatbots. For the chatbots, the team initially conducted research on the most often asked queries by users while visiting these types of portals. Then they generated a list of the most frequently asked queries and labeled them as primary. After that, they created some related short and lengthy questions for each of the primary questions that people might ask. Finally, the team customized the responses to the queries and included relevant links with the answers to make it easier for the site visitors.

The people that visited the portals were those who sought to receive some form of IT services from the portal-listed organizations since the portals were some IT service offering type of sites. As a result, whenever a visitor types in a query about the services, the site, or other relevant topics, the chatbot responds with a very clear explanation and an approachable link. After doing research, the team created a keyword list for each of the primary questions, so that users may get answers to the questions by simply typing the term rather than the entire question. As a result, if a user inputs a certain term, the chatbot may respond appropriately. Because the numerous portals were for different nations, certain keywords were distinct because each country has its own set of typical search terms based on its habits, culture, and other factors. As a result, for the various chatbots, certain unique keywords were created for specific nations. After studying the most frequent inquiries of visitors to the sites, the Preneur Lab team designed corresponding buttons inside the chatbot, each of which has the appropriate keywords, allowing the user to simply click a button and receive the answers or information that he was looking for. As a result, the Preneur Lab team created comprehensive and useful chatbots for the BD IT Connect project.
